Description
BPK Keylogger, now called Perfect Keylogger, is a keylogger. It is marketed as a family or employee monitoring tool, but like all keystroke loggers, it can be used to record the activity of any computer on which it is installed.
Once active, BPK Keylogger runs stealthily in the background and records the keystrokes pressed by users of all accounts on the computer. The more expensive “Pro” version of the software supports logging of keystrokes typed into password fields as well. BPK Keylogger is also able to log activity carried out on Windows applications run in virtualization software such as Parallels Desktop or VMware Fusion. In addition to logging keystrokes, the software can record web activity and capture chat conversations from various messaging applications. It can also take screenshots and activate the iSight camera to take snapshots of the computer’s physical surroundings. Data recorded by the keylogger can be transferred to whoever installed it, either as log files by email or via FTP
