The problem is that Windows machines often perform UDP Port 137, 138, and 67 scans upon restart in order to identify other machines on the network. In a heavy Windows environment this "chatter" could have repeatedly caused IPNetSentry to incorrectly report Port Scan type trigger alerts. This has now been fixed.
